C4 still turns heads

This is a true story. Im out crusin in my Torch Red 1995 Coupe Vette.
I decide to drive thru a BMW delaership. So Im bored and decide to
park and check out some cars. A young blonde woman hurries out
to talk to me. She said you must like speed. How about a 2008 M5,
its only 60 grand.... I love the C4 it makes me look like a millionaire.
Image is everything. She would never have asked me that if
I pulled up in a 1995 Mustang..

Yep i've been told many times "Man you must be rich drivin' a Vette"....answer "Nope I just know good bang for the buck when it comes to performance cars"

As was stated above the C4s lines really are "timeless" and still get looks every time I drive her

I agree, I get stares and second looks and waves ( from a lot of girls, and I'm 58 ) when I'm either my black 85 or my 96 LT1. Sumthin about Corvettes that get the looks and second looks and the head turns

Well my wife gets all of the compliments when she drives her vette. She may turn a few heads too, however it's the car.

C4's Vindicated!

Believe it or not my little '95 just took Best of Show at a large mostly Corvette and street rod show near Columbus, Ohio. It was the last award and I about crapped my pants when they called out car #42. She's all stock except for ZR1 wheels, but showroom condition and driven over 50K miles. Pinch me!

Well we just recentally picked up a 95 pace car, the reponse has been really great. people young or old seem to enjoy the purple and white colors and with a white top it seems to work out great....................................................Billy and Mary Ann Rericker

Has a good indirect compliment from a Harley rider the other day. He was stopped next to my 96 Torch Red and said, I quote "I'd race you but I know you would kick my a**" I rather enjoyed his comment.
