Does anybody know whether Callaway has its own line of colors? I know their C12's are painted in different hues but not sure where Callaway gets their colors from. Any suggestions from my family members would be highly appreciative. Thanks

Johnny

Callaway has used paint / finish products from the Spies Hecker company on many of their cars.

I would like to see your car in a different shade other than the silver/ pewter one and Tony C's dark red metallic (although the 50th red is a neat color:) )

I am a fan of brilliant blues as well as silvers and the like...

Paint Options

Callaway will paint your car any color you want. They have samples of interior & exterior colors but not there own brew.Practicality should be your major concern(How will you use your car) On my CR1 they used Spies Hecker Red because at the time it was the hot paint!(Dave was not a big fan because it was more difficult to apply properly but he figured it out)Twelve years later it still looks great. That was then('91) On my C8(2003) we used a stock vette color & after Dave was finished the results were incredible again. So go for it,Johnny, the sky's the limit.:D

"Powerfully Engineered Automobiles".....and let's not forget boats!!!!! Another personal favorite Callaway of mine would be Malibu's Corvette Edition Ski Boat.

The burnt orange hue sounds intriguing. Can anyone post some pictures of a ride in that color. Another color that would look hot would be a metallic hugger organge. I have yet seen a true hugger shade with a sprinkle of metallic. Thanks

Johnny

The new Lamborghini Murciélago is also offered in a similar color.

It's bad ass !

here's one, but the color looks much better in person.

Thanks for the pictures! I have yet to seen that color in person but I bet that burnt orange looks hot with the sun reflecting off it. Isn't there a ZR-1 in a copper metallic hue? Anymore pics would help my undecisive self. Thanks
