EGR solenoid

Here are pics from my EGR solenoid that is not hooked up to the EGR valve. I need to know which port goes to the valve. On some diagrams it looks like there are 4 ports but mine only has 3. The top port on mine has a cap on it. In addition to that, my carb doesn't have a vacuum port on the rear like most of the others I have seen. I just want to make sure I have all these lines hooked up properly. I've seen many different diagrams so I'm just confused.

here's a pic from my engine from a few years ago. I'll have to check to see where the one that goes to the front hooks.

My solenoid doesn't look like yours or all the others I have seen and my carb is missing the vacuum port in the back towards the top. At this point I'm hoping that the carb is original and not a replacement. The diagrams for these emission lines is hard to find.

Sorry, they ARE hard to find. That was a little of the South in me.
