'64 has 502 miles since frame off restoration.
Engine, rear, transmission re-built.
New clutch.

Hard shifting, especially into reverse.
Must depress pedal to floor.
Clutch seems to not fully release.
Clutch adjustment is at the END of the threaded rod
Condition worsens after driving for 30-45 minutes.

Does this sound like incorrect/improperly installed throw out bearing?

(Still working on brake light problem. To update)

Thanks any input

That would be my first guess. pull the inspection cover off to check for the short bearing and the correct clutch fork.

Tom

Thanks, Tom.
Heading to shop Tuesday.
Battling torn up knee so unable to work on.
Will update

Incorrect or mismatched parts, improperly surfaced flywheel, friction plate in backwards, are all suspects if there is no adjustment left.
