Hideous... Simply Hideous...

:eek YOWZAH!!!! That's a grooovy kinda ugly! Somebody slap me five!
Yeah, it's pretty ugly for 2005. Let's not forget (you know, what we've seen in pictures) that there was lots of what we would consider ugly now, back then. I can just see the guy with the plaid pants and the 8" wide tie getting out of it. We'll just try our best not to bring that kind of stuff back in style. Pleeeeeeese!
:D

If he wanted a fixed roof he should have built a T-top, thats just not right!!

Sadly,If that car was parked next to any one of our cars at a show. Our car might as well be invisible.People would flock to it.Sad but true.

This car was featured in Hot Rod magazine July 1973.
Yeah sure, and so was my motorhome.

I just got the July 73 issue of Hot Rod (from ebay, natch) and it is pictured in there - although I didn't see the motorhome. In answer to some of the questions it raised, it states:
Frank Sydlowski contracted Roman's Chariot Shop in Cleveland, Ohio, to customize his '68. The result was this incredible flake paint job, tilt front end and a blower. Dynamite!
If you seriously do not like this car, I would advise not looking at said issue of HR as it looks 'normal' compared to the rest. Mac is right, many C2's got that kind of treatment. I DO love that blower, gotta dig an engine you can't see over!!
