Probably both...certainly wouldn't hurt to have someone that knows Q-Jets take a look at it and give it a thorough 'go-over'. If you engine is modified or you've other adjustments to boost your power, the carb could probably stand a few tweaks here and there. However, it's still a potent carb in it's stock form. Granted, 750cfm was probably a bit more than the stock setup needed, but it's certainly nice that's there room to grow with 'em.
