Can anyone tell me how many clip connections there should be to the blower/heater control in the center console of the a/c-less
1971 LT-1? I had the console apart this weekend to repair a vent cable on the drivers side, when I hooked every thing back up the switch was dead. I reconnected the lighter, light to lighter, one lead on the heater (to the right) and all the fiberoptics. I noticed another plug lying in the console disconnected, I assumed it was a dead wiring for a/c. I could not find any other connection on the blower. Did I miss anything?

Dave,
Is it a non-ac car or an ac car with the ac disconnected? Non ac cars use only one plug on the control head. AC cars use two plugs and both of them need to be hooked up.

I've got a 74 that had an unused plug in the console as well- non A/C. What color is the wire? I'll look in the assembly manual tonight and see if I can identify it.
