Important Questions

Maybe you can give the electricians bill to the mechanic that caused the misdiagnosis in the first place. Maybe your mechanic should check with the CAC forum next time he has a Vette in the shop.

I left the break down of work done and the bill on the passenger seat when I dropped the car back.

Could be why he was getting so defencive with me on the phone.

Will wait until the car is fixed before I start the war.

Cheers

Hi Bob

HI bob Im Ellis.............just wondering what part of GB you live in. I like your country. I have been there many times. I once had a problem about like your's but is was with a 71 E Type 4.2. Mine was a small wire in the distributor .Not that your's will be the same. I know We are talking two different cars. I hope to return to GB sometime & take my Vette on the M6. The cars I rented when I was there couldn't keep up when in the right lane.I had to move over a lot but it was all fun. Good luck on your's.................Ellis

Hey Ellis,

When was the last time you visited, I have to deal with the M6 a couple of times a week :ugh it is a nightmare, still it will give you a chance to catch up on some newspapers, I always take a book in the car with me these days :D

Bob

Glad you are eventually getting somewhere, I would be asking your starter motor guy to pick up the tab for your runaround.

Jolly Good!!!

It's too bad for the Coopers that they have lost the advantage of a manual push start.

My dog gets excited when the car keys jingle. I guess the car wags its tail a little too! Especially floored with ASR OFF.

Cheers Guys.

I usualy go to the national hot rods 4 day event at the end of august. Amazing time to be had by all. See ya there mate.
