lug nuts are crap, suggestions needed

crappy stock lug nuts need replacement?
I just did my every 3 months brake pad inspection/replacement,
and the stock lug nuts with the plastic caps on my factory saw blade wheels on my 1996 vette are rusted, crappy junk IM ashamed to have NEAR my vette,

anyone found nice QUALITY,chrome lug nuts that work and stand up to repeated use without scaring & flaking chrome due to use???

I just replaced a set on my Wifes 82 CE I didn't like the after market locks that came on it, they are sold in a set of 20 by Wilcox I was impressed by them though. I'll take a picture of one of the old ones and if it looks promising I can send you one to try.
