My first experience as moderator trying to modify someone else's post and I screwed it up!

I did a move with one of my posts before, but I didn't realize that one can only move the entire post, not just a thread.

Barbie, what happened was this: ozzyvette added a thread to your post on coolant questions (Dexcool), and it wasn't relevant to the subject you started, but was related to a post that he had responded to before (one about 700R4 Trans slippage - which BTW, whoever was the author of that one, it's gone too!).

I moved what I thought would just be his response, but as it turned out, your entire post moved to the "trans" post. When I tried to seperate them again, I lost 'em both! Nothing but a dead link to "Coolant Help" question.

Welcome to the Corvette Action Center Tim. As a rule, we try to keep posts true to the forum they are in. If you have a sujbect you would like to talk about that is not Corvette related we have the "Offroad" forum. Kind of a catch all, just try and keep it clean.
