Help! need help rebuilding my wiper system

I'm attempting to rebuild the windshield wiper system on my 69 coupe, one of the previous owners removed most of the components. I've been able to accumlated all of the necessary parts but I'm having trouble locating the fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws). I have the AIM but as good as my local hardware and auto parts stores are, going in and asking for a #451924 screw or a #120622 nut isn't much help.

Does anyone know of a source for these fasteners or any publication that translates GM part #s to standard sizes? I'm not looking for an NCRS quality restoration, just something that works.

This place has lots of OEM fasteners and cross reference the OE part number. (some of them anyway. I have their catalog and it is an inch thick.

120622 is an 8-32 (11/32 across flats) .12 tk nut.

Couldn't find the other one.

BTW the part numbers I used in my OP were taken at random from the AIM just to make a point. They don't necessarily apply to the wiper system.

If you can't find what you need on line, post the part numbers and I'll look them up in the catalog.

I've printed out the index and will check it against the AIM. I think part of the problem may be that AMK catalog does not cover Corvettes so any fasteners specific to the wiper system only may not be in there.

Do you need the bolts for the wiper door? If so, looks like ZIP has most of those.

No, I'm looking for the fasteners for things like the actuator, the limit switch.

I think Dr Rebuild has them but they're included with the parts, which I already have. I may give him a call and see if he'll sell the fasteners separately or can tell me what the sizes are.
