The wire from B5 terminal on ECM to the Terminal B on the Ignition Module,It had a splice just under the harness shielding,I think the wire at some point had been replaced because of chaffing behind the engine,It had a splice at the module that I'd already repaired!After I got the front back together it wouldn't even fire but it had fire,Not quite Like I like but it should have ran or at least backfired or something!!junkmeister, if it's not classified info, what exactly gave you the last no-start problem?

So the next morning I go the Local Chevrolet dealer and root through their books and make a couple copy's of some schematics and buy a coil! Come back and start checking everything over for about the 10th time, and put the new coil on it checked the fire and it was better,but alls it would do is pop and sputter! So then I unplugged the ECM and started checking resistances between the ECM Plugs and each wire at the Coil,Opti, and when I get to B terminal of the Ign Module I find I have about 8k ohms on that wire and only about 1 ohm on the rest!! So I start checking the harness again and finely found it,Repaired it,and the Old Girl fired right off!!!! My book said that there was supposed to have Low AC voltage at terminal B while cranking but don't say how much,I had that but it must have not been enough at different times!!

Nope,It Cracked the Top Screwed up the A Pillar and Belt weather strip and Scratched up the Door and Mirror,But I haven't got the glass out of the car yet to check out the Dash!!:W:Wjimijam95, I cannot believe you can have such a great attitude about this! You are an example not many of us can follow!
I guess the saving grace is it appears no one was hurt. Also, only the windshield appears to have sustained damage.
junk, you are going to have to push those previous appointments back until you get the jammeisters Vette fixed. This time, do you think you can do a little better job on it?
