i want to remove the plastic dash/console bezel around the radio and heater controls. it also goes left to the ignition switch and another small bezel next to the ignition switch. what's the procedure to remove this - looks like it just snaps into place - ???

i don't want to start pulling and tugging at things -

TIA

Removal of console and radio bezel

Very easy first open the console door at the rear are two oval caps remove the nuts. with a small screwdriver pop up the active handling trim piece. you will see two more nuts remove them. unplug the cig. lighter. if it's a convt remove the waterfall as well 4 torxs. put the seat all the way back and lift the rear of the console but not all the way you have to unplug the wiring harness. unplug the gas door release button. remove the console. open the ashtray door and remove the ashtray remove 2 T-15 screws. next to the ign. take off the cover with the slots, 1 more T-15 screw remove. put emergency brake on and put gear shift into neutral gently pull the surround toward you but not all the way unplug the cig. lighter. remove the surround and you're done
