Replacing stereo

Hi. I brought a new pioneer stereo with navigation for my 1993. Took som fideling to get it in but now my fidel is the wiering. I had a JVC aftermarked from before but this was installed before i brought the car. The plug is not the same as the Pioneer and i have problems finding out which is which. I tried the manual and cant find a section describing wires. Anyone who can offer some help please.
