Speaker panel removal

I am attempting to remove the speaker panels to recarpet the, or I believe they are speaker panels. Located just below the sill plate near drivers left foot and passengers right foot. Before I attempt removing thes covers I was hoping someone might give me a pointer or two so I dont break something while trying this. I do not see any screws to remove so they must be held on in a differant manner. Any help would be great and might save my a lot of fighting and frustration.

Just camein fromthe garage and got it figured out. It was a lot easier then I had expected, 6 screws and the entire sill plate came out.
