I've already personally asked Jon this first question, but since his car is practically brand new (about 900 miles on it), he doesn't know the answer. His car doesn't have enough wear and tear to be able to tell. So....
1. Are the A/C vents and other colored plastics PAINTED to match the leather interior, or are they DYED to match?
The easiest way to tell would be to look at a piece that gets rubbed on, like the seatbelt holder perhaps, or the edges of another piece (like maybe the A/C vents on the passenger side or the defroster vents). A painted piece would chip or 'dust' off the paint over time, but a dyed piece would darken or lighten over time/wear as the dye doesn't fully penetrate the original plastic color, so the original color would start showing through.
2. Who was the supplier of the colored seatbelts for the Speedsters and maybe other Callaways?
