Question: watefall lid for 2003 conv

My waterfall deck lid for the conv top is not springing up when released. What can I do to correct this?

Is the switch not releasing or the gas shocks not raising the cover? If it's the shocks, go to www.liftsupportsdepot.com Their prices are the best. It takes about two minutes to pop the bad ones out and pop the new ones in. If it's not the switch, this will solve the problem.
