What's the difference between the two exhaust options Callaway offers on the page I scanned below?

I'm assuming one of them sounds more like a high compression powerful car and the other sounds like a free flowing NASCAR or something. What would the difference be? I'd be more interested in an exhaust that didn't get me pulled over or hurt my ears haha.

Brangeta, it looks to me like one is just the "cat-back" while the other is the cat-back, PLUS the tri-y headers.

I had tri-y headers on my Trans Am w/ a 383 and thought the performance was stellar (12.2 @ 115 on regular radial tires :eek )

Tri-Y headers "pair" cylinders as they step down the pipes towards the collector - very nice for building torque :cool
I hope this helps

Oh, I didn't interpret it that way, I thought the cat-back was a different style of exhaust.:ugh Silly me.

I just know that I would not like my C8 to sound like it has a cut-out.
