What's the torque for the rear spindle nut?

I've been changing out my rear hubs and don't know what to torque the spindle nut to. My Haynes and Clymer manuals have different specs. One says 160 ft./lbs. ,the other says 85. It came off rather easily,so i'm inclined to believe the latter. Other posts i've read have said anywhere from 160 to 190 ft./lbs. HELP!!!
 
The FSM for my 1994 says on page 3D-4 "Tighten" "Spindle nut to 223 Nm (164 lb. ft.)
