Already completed some small projects. I bought stainless, smooth, polished truck bed rail protectors off eBay,cut one side down & used it to dress up the top of the Dewitt radiator mount. Installed a set of PIAA driving lights I had sitting around forever.Installed a new cruise control servo,so now my crise works again.Attached a Lemans style gas cap onto my existing polished alum. cover, because the base that came with it didnt line up well enough over the stock gas filler cap.To work,it looks like I'd have to move the gas filler neck. It looks good now though.

I am thinking this is a general thread about winter projects. Here is a few pics of my engine bay on my 02. Nothing wild, just went with some Z06 engine covers and a smooth flow coupler. I am convinced that paper elements are fine if you change them every year so I opened up the stock cover to let more air in and painted it red to match the other items. I also opened up the driving light grills to get more air into the engine room. I have dressed up the openings, that pic was right after I drilled them and they are rough. I will be going with front stainless screen covers when I find the ones I like....I have Corsa exhausts so wanted the car to breath a little better. Put on a battery den cover also.

I tuned the car with Iridium plugs and put a set of GMPP Red plug wires on.......I also cleaned the MAF and the Throttle Body........the car has 85K on it and these items I replaced were the stock items. I had a couple of the old plug wires just fall apart in my hands.

Nothing big...just putting around in the shop keeping busy.
