Wiring harness and a contact that I don´t now

Hi there!

I have recently insulated my C6 with a noise reduction kit and found a cable underneath the consol. Is there anyone who know what it is? Is it for extra sound resources or what could it be? My Corvette is a 2009 Coupé made for the European market. Very grateful if someone now what this cable and connector is.

I´m looking forward to be able to share with you some of the issues we have in Sweden with driving and caring the Corvette also known as the Heartbeat of America! I think it will be great to get access to all the knowledge in this forum!

My guess it's not used on your vehicle,Purdy common depending the options on the vehicle!
You didn't mention how many wires or color of the wires,Be real hard to try to look up in the service program without how many wires and colors!
