Now Ive never done it personally. Ive read about the kits available from the different vendors though... Seems like its a pretty quick and painless instal. Hopefully someone with some actual experiance will chime in soon :)
Any chance you would have a close up of the wheel? I have a set of those outside, but mine look like crap. It would be nice to know what theyre supposed to look like lol. Good luck with the sale.
This has to be my favorite pontiac pic. My daily driver, 2000 nbm, auto, 142000 miles. Ive had it for 3 or 4 years and its been great. Now I did take a G6 on a recent trip to the corvette museam... that wasnt a bad little car either.
Do you have any photos of any other vettes with Torqlites? I used to have a photo of a red 80 or 81, lowered a tick, with them on it. It looked great, but when I went to find the photo to post here I couldnt located it. I know theyre gonna look great installed on yours as well.
Went out and checked on the cap this morning. Mine arent the best examples ever. All the ones I have, have got a good bit of pitting going on, but they cleaned up decently. If you want one just leave me a pm with where I need to send it.
Its dark right now, but Ill check the garage tomorrow morning. I think I have some, but Im not sure if they were in my vette parts bin or my truck parts bin lol. Either way we could measure and see if it fits.
Its not callaway related, but this reminded me of an experiance I had at a dealership while test driving an '08. The salesman couldnt figure out how to use the pushbutton start on the car lol
Well, part of the job for the colder months is getting the new exhaust on. Ive got a nicer set of valve covers to go on, so while Im at it Im changing all the gaskets. This in addition to doing all the regular tune up things, and having the carb rebuilt. My question to everyone is "is there...
My thought was to leave the stock radio in place and mount a second stereo in one of the bins. That would be one of the new units that could handle cds\mp3s\ect. It would seem that all I would need to have is some kind of split setup to go between one stereo and the other. Im not a wiring...
Oh wait. I know what it is! Its hulk hogans car! lol
Seriously.. a black paint job, side pipes, zo6 wheels, put back the flip up headlights (electric this time) and your good to go:-)
That is.. unless someone 'customized' the interior too :-|
