If you are talking about the small line (5/8 or 3/4) I had to cut mine when I installed a new cat, I just used a compression fitting from a plumbing store and have had no problems. I think the original one was some kind of strange crimp on one.

Nope, the egr is under there but mounted to the intake, this one is screwed right into the bottom of the pleunum, and has a two wire (I think its two) connector that plugs into it. Thanks Ken, anyone else ?

The first thing I would check is that your heater core is not bypassed, make sure you have hoses connected to the core, it could have been bypassed if it were leaking. There are posts about the speaker amps, if you (or someone you know) can solder components you can replace the capacitors in...

Just run a new piece of hose from the intake to the heater core, you will see once you look at it. An additional benefit is that once the TB is bypassed you don't have to mess with draining some coolant out to remove and clean the TB.

I have a 91 auto, can I remove most of the fuel from the tank by connecting a hose to the schader (sp.) valve on the fuel rail and turning the key on and have the fuel pump empty the fuel tank ? Is this a good idea ? I want to clean the bottom of the tank and replace the fuel pump and sock. Thanks.

I have a 91 auto and am removing my injectors for cleaning, I have the plenum off. My question is can I remove the fuel rail and injectors without removing the runners, it looks like there is enough room to do this, has anyone removed their injectors leaving the runners on ? Thanks.

Yup, remove the center wheel well, it is only a few easy to get to bolts. Then you can easily get at those two plugs with long extensions. Getting the wires off the plugs is still a pain. But it is much easier with plastic off.
