The System Warning Lights alerted me to check out the computer on my stock 89 with an L98.
First the "Service Engine Soon" light came on then the "Service LT PWS" light came on the instument panel. The car seems to be running well and the tires are not low on air. Both warning lights do not stay on consistently.
I should add that the Average / Instant MPG readout doesn't always work well, sometimes good, sometimes not logical and sometimes reads 0.0
Also the "Ouside Temperature" number gets unreadable at times.
After a diagnostic on the engine computer, the following codes were given:
41, 42, 43, 45, 46, & 55. Any suggestions?
Thanks for taking the time to read this!

I'll see if I can find out whhat those codes are later when I have time. There are some guys here that probly know them by heart. In the meantime try clearing the codes by D/C'ing the battery for five minutes or so and see if they reappear.

I can put in my .02 re the Service LTPWS alarm.
It means the LTPWS doesn't think it is hearing from all 4 sensors regularly enough. It wants to hear from all four every several seconds or it fires up the warning lamp. Restarting the car resets the error. It doesn;t mean that ANY tires are low - that alarm will occur even if one or more sensors are dead.
