Help! AC/Heating Controls -Dim

Finally the cold winter weather is slowly leaving, giving me a break to repair the display for the AC/ Heating Controls in my C5 Corvette.
I found a thread (last fall) that gave instructions on how to remove, as well as who I could send the circuit board to be re-soldered - but can no longer find that link.
Anyone have a link to this ?
