throw that book out the window to start with....
a cam alone will NOT give you 80 rwhp which is about 100 fly wheel horsepower. you will need FULL bolt on's, headwork, and a chip along with the cam you will see 80+ rwhp easily if the setup is matched.
just throwing this part and that part on will not give you the recommended super system quote by these manufacturers.
long tube headers will be your primary horsepower gainer. the cam won't do squat on stock exhaust. go with out cats or with race cats and long tubes and other bolt on's like K&N, TB Bypass, ect then the cam. stock heads should flow good enough for a ZZ9 cam. with FULL bolt on's and a cam you could see 80 rwhp.
shop around.... i'd get the headers from TPiS and a mini ram but thats about it. rest of the stuff can be found in Jegs or Summit for 1/3 of the cost.
