C1 installing windshield glass into frame

thanks mac, i agree. I just didn't want to take the whole thing apart, clean it and put it back together. I took the clamps off and everything seems pretty solid.

thanks for the welcom! I do have another problem, i can't get the top molding to snap over the front of either side pillar. I need to walk away from it and take a breather before i break something.

I know that feeling too well. That's why I always put the hammer away as soon as I'm done with it!

John. Great information. I want to give this a try on my 57. Very clear a detailed advice. Do you have a preferred windshield gasket manufacturer you can recommend.
