Holy crap.

5860 is my license plate collectors assoc. # I am only aware of 4 other plates in the world with the #, on a plate. I have two of them. A Pa one like on the Vette in the picture and a 55 Mich. plate. There is/was one in Mo. but it was not for sale. There was one for sale from some small international country. It , supposedly, had a picture design that covered the complete plate, as I recall. The guy claimed the scene, a lake and mountain was near his residence. He wanted $175. for it and an additional $25. for a small id tag that could/would/should accompany it.
Do U, or does anyone know who the Vette belongs to?
Pa is to re-issue plates, possibly, next year. I believe they were 20 years late on the last replacement.
