Need a BB Cylinder Head

I'm looking for a BB Chevy head, casting number 336781. They have a 118cc chamber with 265in/114ex cc ports. A friend of mine needs one and is offering a 3933148 head. This head is either a '69 396/265hp, 366T, 427T with 112 chambers or a 3933148 head (427T) with 122cc chamber. I'll try finding out which one it is later this weekend.
