New 2007 Color

I LIKE it!

I like that Atomic Orange! Reminds me of the Hugger Orange Camaros. I also liked the DSOM, and have to agree it will make those cars that much more "unique". I'm not saying "rare" or "valuable", however. Time will tell on that point. ;)

Sure wish I could afford one....(sigh)

I don't know if it's true, but for 2007 Corvette may come in Atomic Orange. What's your view on this color if it's offered, thumbs up or thumbs down.

i think it's a cool color but i wouldn't buy it personally because i think i'd tire of it soon.

i'd have to agree with some of the others... looks like a retro color to me. :_rock

Looking at it next to those two yellow corvettes makes me kind of sick to my stomach.:)

I went to this link in the past and they had a link of previous winners. They had a winner from Florida who I might be interested in trying to contact or maybe someone else can answer my question. Florida has some strange contest laws and I would hate to purchase a ticket only to find out it i sno good

Can raffle tickets be purchased in person at the Museum?

I have to give thumbs down to the atomic but thumbs up to the Daytona Sunset Orange.

The NCM is raffling off the "last" DSOM in a few months. Tickets on sale now. Only 500 tickets ($250 each). I'm torn between buying 2 tickets for that or 1 ticket for a build your own 2007 Z06 raffle.

Atomic Orange may be what pushes me to buy a C6. The color looks awesome. I can't wait to see one in person.

I think it was a serious mistake to discontinue DSOM. I know only 8% of the 05's were that color, but it picked up in popularity this year. I've gotten nothing but raves about how good my DSOM looks. Sure glad I got mine while it was still available.

Color Orange

I like it! Not as much as my Victory Red Z06 but I like it. However, I agree that they should introduce one color at a time before deleting another color.

...here is a picture I took of the car as it made its debut - Contrary to "other pics" some may have seen, this one has not been eidted or had Hi-C spilled over it to make it more orange than it really is :eyerole

In reality, it is more brown than DSOM...

Now that is a very nice color!
Thanks for straightening us out, Chris.

my opinion it is a lighten up version of DSO. i was hoping to see a modern version of monaco orange. we drove from pitts pa to BG just to see it and if you did not see the 2 oranges together you would not notice much difference

I've never been a huge fan of the earthy/metal colors...bronze, copper, gold, brown, etc... Like Patman said, I wouldn't mind seeing another Polo Green. I always thought that was a nice color. Or maybe a dark cherry candy coat, like a super-duper dark red candy / metallic.

Now that's what I want to see! :upthumbs

The picture in the thread starter looked like Hugger orange. I'm not sure I like this color - they shoulda kept DSOM, IMO.

Or is it just the yellow ones that really make you feel sick?:L
