Newbie Needs Help....Locked Lug Nuts on my Aluminum Wheels

I just bought a 1977 Corvette with factory aluminum wheels. This morning while checking the tire pressure, I noticed that each wheel has a locked lug nut. It seems to need a special key/tool in order to take it off. How do I get one of these keys/tools?

The first thing I'd do is look in all the cubby holes, under the seats, behind the seats, etc. to see if you can find the special tool.
