Hello ! It's been a long time

Way too long, but after 8 years of guide coat we started painting. .yep outside. My boyfriend's neighbor isn't too happy...but here are some pix and two questions. What's the best way to get the rubber bumper cover back on? Most of the holes are split. We will probably bring it to a shop to install it. But what will be need? I saw a out for $145. And I still have to replace t top gaskets.
So question #1 - what should I supply to reinstall origfinal bumper cover?
#2 - who makes decent gasket for tops?
Thank you! Lori
