I have a vacuum line that comes off the AIR system (below the ASR cover) and heads toward the back of the alternator. It is a hard plastic hose and the end looks broken, but I don't see anything it would attach to. Does anyone know where it should attach?

How does the oil change monitor work? Does it measure mileage or something in the oil? The FSM doesn't say how it works, and searching the forums here I found several different answers.
Not sure if this will help, but my passenger seat buzzes when I try to move it forward or back, however I noticed that if I raise the seat as high as it will go it will then move forward or back.
The prevoius owner had a bunch of crap stuffed under the seat and I think it knocked the motor...
Question for those who have done this fix, how worn was the plastic gear? My passenger side motor is making noise and I am wondering if I should get another gear in addition to the bushings. Is the bronze gear worth the extra money?

A while ago I replaced the wiper blades with Anco blades (the entire blade, not just the inserts). Shortly afterward I noticed that the hood was catching the top of the arm when I turned the wipers on or off. I tried adjusting the hood but it is at the end of the adjustment range and still...
After doing the plugs, wires and water pump a week ago (and not doing the opti) I decided that if the Opti does go out I am selling the car and getting a C6. :D

I just replaced the plugs and wires, along with a water pump, this past weekend. I used NGK TR55 plugs ($14 from Autozone) and Taylor SpiroPro wires ($78 from O'reilly's Auto Parts). I really don't know how the wires can be replaced without removing the water pump, at least on the drivers side...
