I have a daytona style hood on my car, my thinking was to have the vents in the hood to get rid of some hot air from under the hood. When I did my turbo setup I could have hooked back up to the original exhaust pipes under the car but I went with sidepipes instead to see how much difference it...

I saw this at the SEMA show last year in Vegas, the guy had a coat of his heat barrier product on a griddle and had it turned up to 300 degrees and just a .040 thick layer of it kept ice cubes from melting any faster that the ones sitting on...
Lambo door kits
I was at the SEMA show last nov and there were a half a dozen lambo door kit manufacturers on display. There was one mfg there that had the best looking setup and now I cant remember their name. If anybody was there that might remember it, I would appreciate the info on them...
Yup what akray4play said. I had a small block serp setup from a 94 pickup on my small block and it fit fine so I got the big block brackets but no such luck. I had an L-88 hood on mine. I did mine before I started messing with e bay, didnt think to look there. I was in a hurry to get mine on the...
I used a pair of 96 vette seats in my 72, They sit up a tad higher than the originals but I am short so no problem there. The drivers side seat was power but I didnt use it, I just bolted the 72 tracks to the 96 seats and bolted them in. I like em!

I tried using the truck setup on my big block but it stuck up too high to fit under the hood. I ended up using a street and performance serp setup on mine, it wasnt much more than buying the correct brackets and pulleys and it was new and shiny. ;)

I am redoing the exhaust to fit under my newly aquired fiberglass sidepipe covers, then I gotta rework the hood to get it to clear the carb hat, I am using a daytona style hood and am going to cut the raised center section and lift it from zero on the front to about 1 inch where the carb sits...
I didnt take very many pics of it till I was pretty much finished with it. On the drivers side I had to remove the vacuum tank to make room for the turbo, on the passengers side I had to take all the stock heater and a/c system out for that turbo to fit. I am going to use a vintage air system...
I finally got to drive my twin turbo project I have been working on every spare second since last november and its great!! I still have some carb tuning to do but it runs pretty good so far. I got it running and cruised around some to check out the fuel system, cooling system, ignition ect...
My turbos are Rajays and are good for about 400 hp per turbo. I bought stainless to use for the exhaust but decided to try it first with mild steel to make sure it worked out ok. I used block hugger headers and have a 3 inch pipe that comes off the collector and runs down under the frame and...
Jack, I have a 72 coupe that I took all the factory heat/aircond parts out of, I am going to use a vintage air setup. If you end up making the deal maybe we could swap a few parts. If possible I would like to have the non a/c vent system in my car in addition to the vintage air setup, I live in...
HI, I am building a twin turbo setup on my 72 big block and I wondered if someone could tell me how far out from the body the sidepipe covers measure? I am running 3 inch sidepipes off the turbos and I am hoping I could buy the fiberglass factory looking covers to use over them. The measurement...
