got the car back from leo's in pensacola. they bypassed the column lock for around $275. now, i shouldn't have to be concerned with it anymore. i totally recommend leo's to anyone in the pensacola area. great shop.:beer

    Steering Lock Again!

here's the latest. the dealer told me they are not allowed to disable the column lock and i didn't want to pay him $400 to fix the actuator and risk having it fail again sometime. i decided to take it to leo's corvettes who is the local specialist here in pensacola. he said he can install a...

    zo6 exhaust on ls1

i've been totally happy with my corsa tourings. they were about $1000 w/ the tigershark tips...slightly cheaper with the other tips. in my opinion it's worth waiting until you get the funds to buy the corsas. they're totally worth it.

    Why Auto?

in my opinion, both choices are good choices for various reasons. i have a stick and it's tons of fun. however, sometimes in d.c. traffic, i wish i had an auto. having owned and driven both, the auto seems a little quicker off the line, but the stick is better on hills and curvey roads. i'm...

    prices

buy the '98, you won't regret it. putting the new hood on will be a good oportunity to have the nose painted as well (they tend to pick up a lot of road rash). when all's said and done, the car will look awesome.:_rock good luck.
