Pin hole gas tank leaks - repairs ?????

I was under doing a clutch slave & noticed these spots on the tank. I wiped them & after 3 or 4 hours this is what I had. Not enough to ever drip - I'm sure some evap. takes place. I imagine a tank replace is a bear. Anyone have luck with external gas tank repair products?

The tank's got a bladder (an inner liner). Repairs are difficult, if not impossible.

Is it more like a loose bladder that gets put inside the metal tank OR a coating?

I believe it's a separate piece that is attached somehow. It definitely is not a coating.
