Just like Radio Shack to be closed when you need them.

Who need a factory head unit anyway? I'm sure you remember how though.

Jesse, congrats on the rugrat.....:D Sorry couldn't help it! Glad to hear all is OK. How many grandkids you have now? I've got 8 and one in the oven, due in March.

Who needs a radio anyway? You got that fine LT4 to listen to. :w

I talked to Junkie today and it sounds like he has everything just about finished up. Just a few more things to do and hopefully no more thrown codes.

While he has the car I've also asked him to do a couple of things that I was looking to do in the near future anyway; including replacing the weather striping.

Dose anyone have suggestions on weather strip kits for the full car?

I called Mid America and Ecklers both today, their both out of A Pillar Strips! I called Zip Products and they seem to have them All, So I'm in the process of setting up a Commercial Acct. with them now! :thumb:thumb:thumb

Hey Junk, what is the safe way to MIG weld on a Corvette today with all the electronics? Just unhook the battery and ground the chassis?

Thanks

I'd unhook the battery but try to hook your ground as close as you can to what your welding .This advice comes from a man who has done almost everything wrong at least once :D

I disconnect the battery, pull the air bag fuses, and pull the plug or plugs on the ECM!!:thumb:thumb:thumb

Sounds great. I started looking around before I saw your message, and that was the same thing I found also; I was going to let you know but you beat me to it.

Very nice work, Junkie. I need to find ground schematics for my cars, since they all tend to be old enough to corrode them. :)
