Hey Philbilly, you need to zoom in closer before you set your mark....unless you actually live on a boat! Would you like for me to delete your mark and you can try again? If you are having trouble PM me your address and I'll try to set it for you.

Well, I haven't lived on a boat since I retired from the Navy in 2006. Go ahead and delete it and I will set it again. Thanks
